Jhumru App ("App") is provided by DS Impex INC ("We"/"Us"/"Our"). This disclaimer governs your use of the App. By using the Jhumru App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this disclaimer.
Disclaimer of Liability
By using the App, the Viewer and Sender / Vlogger agree that your use of the App and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we Disclaimall warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App and your use thereof. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App’s content or the content of any websites linked to the site and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials.
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the site by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the site.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or expenses arising from App use, including indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We assume no responsibility for content accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, the sender, the Viewer and Vlogger agree-
1. To use the App on their own risk.
2. To agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. To acknowledge that App content may be subject to Intellectual property rights.
4. To acknowledge that the App is not responsible for any content posted by users in violation of any extant law.
5. To not to post or share any content that violates any extant law.
6. To not to upload, share, or distribute prohibited content.
7. To report any prohibited content to [email protected]
Prohibited Content Disclaimer
Jhumru prohibits the upload, sharing, or distribution of unlawful, harmful, or objectionable images and videos, including but not limited to:
1. Child exploitation or abuse material
2. Obscene or pornographic content or any content intended to be sexually gratifying.
3. Graphic violence or other dangerous activities
4. Discriminatory content, Hate-mongering or otherwise objectionable content
5. Fraudulent, libelous and defamatory content
6. False, deceptive and misleading content
7. Copyright-infringing content
8. Content promoting or glorifying harmful or illegal activities
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violating this policy may result in:
1. Account suspension or termination without giving a notice to that effect of Sender, Viewer or Vlogger
2. Content removal from the App with immediate effect
3. Reporting the act of violation of law to law enforcement agencies, which may result in-
- Legal action, and/ or
- Monitoring and Reporting of App from backend.
Rights of developer-
We reserve the right to:
1. Monitor user-generated content
2. Remove prohibited content without giving notice to user.
3. Report suspicious activity to authorities by way of-
- Identify and prosecute offenders
- Provide user information, if required
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DS Impex INC be liable for:
1. Financial Damages which may arise while using the App.
2. Special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
3. Loss of data, business, or profits.
4. User-generated content
5. Third-party links or embedded content
6. Any damages, whatsoever, resulting from prohibited content
Indemnification
By using the JHUMRU App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DS Impex INC and its affiliates from claims, losses, or damages arising from your App use.
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian] laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Content Compliance Clause
"The contents of this App comply with the laws and regulations of India, including but not limited to:
1. Information Technology Act, 2000
2. Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011
3. Copyright Act, 1957
4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws

7. The Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (if applicable)
